Creagh Polish Up

Creagh Concrete  is polishing up at Plaza 256, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin’s exclusive commercial development which is home to a number of global blue chip clients including; AIB, Amazon, EBay and Texaco.

Creagh won the contract to supply and install architectural honed columns and wall cladding which form the outer façade of the office accommodation.

“Confidence in our ability to meet a demanding build schedule and achieve stringent quality standards were key factors in winning this project. We offered a fast track service and a stylish aesthetic finish with low maintenance requirements to help the client achieve their construction programme and work towards sustainability objectives”, comments Brendan McGlone, Creagh Structural Business Development Manager.

In response to market demand for fast track construction, combined with design requirements for stylish yet practical and durable aesthetically pleasing finishes, Creagh Concrete has invested significantly in a new production facility and polishing machine, to produce polished precast wall panels. The machine facilitates fast and easy production of bespoke self finished panels up to 4m wide with consistent attractive finishes.

The investment reinforces Creagh’s unique approach in the bespoke precast market – offering clients a total package including;

• Design partnering at project outset to ensure buildability.
• Manufacture of structural and architectural elements (most clients offer one or the other).
• Supply and installation service.

“We offer clients the complete package. As precast experts, it’s our aim to simplify the build process. In the current climate of complex building projects clients prefer our approach as working with a precast specialist reduces risk, increases speed, quality and delivers results within budget”, adds Brendan McGlone.
