What is The Civil Engineering HLA?
Welcome to a new way of learning! Civil Engineering was one of the founding courses at Queen’s University and now we are taking that pioneering energy and transforming the way we teach it with our new Higher Level Apprenticeship.
With the fully funded HLA, you jump straight into the action and work while you learn (and earn!). You’ll have the best of both worlds at your fingertips, as you get taught by the experts at Queen’s and gain hands-on experience from your employer.
We’ve designed the course around what works best for our students. That’s four days at work, anywhere in the UK, backed up with one core learning day on a Friday. Your classes are a blend of online learning plus two days a month on campus. So, you can get the university experience too!
