Creagh designed and constructed a FM2 jointless floor for a new warehouse in Bushmills. To support the surface, 50mm of quarry dust blinding was required before 1,297m³ of 225mm deep steel fiber-reinforced concrete was poured.

Creagh carried out the installation of all isolation joints and carried out all finishing works including:
• Grading and compacting of quarry dust to floor make up level
• Laying of 1200 gauge polythene
• Tera-Joints, installed at designed locations
• Column surrounds installed as per design
• Steel fibre mix
• Laid using laser screed
• SIKA shake top dust (hard wearing, fibre suppressant)
• Power-floated finish
• Sealed with SIKA Pro-Seal
• Expansion joints 20mm around perimeter and column surrounds
• Mastic works to expansion joints (to be completed)
