Homespan installation on exclusive development
Designed and manufactured specifically for use in housing and apartment projects, Homespan concrete flooring is being installed in Drum Meadow; an exclusive new private development located on Long Lane, Portadown.
Rapid build in nature, Homespan involves the placement of 600mm wide slabs on ground or first floor levels with a typical house type completed in under 2 hours. A big advantage to the homeowner is the dramatic reduction in noise throughout the house. Concrete is an excellent sound barrier and less noise can travel from room to room and from upstairs to downstairs.
Creagh deliver directly to site which eliminates material storage and wastage onsite which is typical with timber flooring.
Creagh are installing Homespan on 46 homes at both ground and first floor level in Drum Meadow with a competition date of 2020.
