Triangle Housing turned to Creagh Concrete’s offsite build system Rapidres for the construction of 26 apartments on the desirable location of Galgorm Road in Ballymena.

Creagh acted as main contractor for the entirety of this project and were responsible for all precast elements including premix concrete to the basement area, Spantherm flooring to ground floors, internal and external wall panels with acid etched and brick faced finishes, 5 storeys of Hollowcore flooring, stairs and lift shafts.
Each apartment is finished with a high-grade spec to kitchen and living area, bathroom and bedrooms. The building has full camera security to each floor, and free parking amenities.
