A huge redevelopment at the heart of Woking town in Surrey is well underway and Creagh are delighted to be a part of it.
The multi million pound Victoria Square development is being spearheaded by our client, Sir Robert McAlpine. Creagh are building an 11 storey car park within the development with two levels of retail shops and units below. The new 1,382 space car park replaces an older smaller version and will provide an additional 740 car parking bays for Woking town centre.
Creagh are manufacturing and installing curved wall panels, 50,000m2 of hollowcore flooring, solid slabs and straight internal wall panels, Rapidcore precast stair and lift cores ranging from 17m to 42m high, precast fire walls, precast green walls and structural toppings with a brush finish.
The all new Victoria Square retail and residential development which was first proposed in 2012, plays an integral role in Woking’s town transformation.
