Spantherm is a precast insulated flooring system designed specifically for residential and commercial ground floors. By producing high performance insulated structural concrete units off-site we have redefined the speed of installing a fully insulated ground floor.
This is the next generation of structural flooring systems with outstanding thermal performance, designed as the efficient alternative to labour intensive beam and block installations.
Spantherm is delivered on-site and installed in minutes regardless of weather conditions, using a lorry with a claw arm to lift and place the units. Once the units are all installed, and grouted, they are ready for follow on trades.
The thermal performance provided by Spantherm is superior to other traditional methods and it is cost effective as it eliminates variances and on-site waste.

Desktop/Laptop computers:
Click to activate. Use your left mouse to rotate and right mouse to move. Mouse wheel to zoom.
Use the play controls to advance the animation or scrub the timeline marker to a point in time.
Mobile & AR/MR:
Touch to activate. Touch and hold to rotate, two finger touch and hold to move, pinch to zoom.
Touch the AR button at the bottom right of the viewer to switch to mixed reality.
Virtual Reality (VR):
The model can be viewed in VR by either using your smartphone device inside a VR mobile viewer (eg. google cardboard), or by visiting the website using a dedicated VR headset. (Some headsets will also support viewing in VR using the passthrough cameras to view the model in your surrounding space)
