the following bespoke elements (over 22 no. weeks) to form the architectural façade on the 14 Storey, 63 meter high Steel framed ‘BREEAM Excellent’ Office Building in 2022.

Precast concrete light acid etched aspen coloured single skin spandrels / columns / mullions / panels – 523no – 4,716m2.

“Rising above the crowd.
Bank House stands tall in an area historically not known for high-rise structures, making it a distinctive component of the Pilgrim Street development. Confronting commercial challenges and mindful of the impact on city centre infrastructure, we engaged in collaborative efforts—from architects to the city council—to follow regulations while crafting an architectural design that attracts investment to the city”.
